Since 1964 The Delfield Group has provided complete engineering solutions from precision machined components and assemblies through to design, development and build.

 

Today we combine a range of capabilities including lead lining, aluminium dip brazing, CNC machining, assembling, welding, painting and testing.

 

We deliver all of these through our 2 brands.

Delfield Precision Services manufacture fabricated aluminium dip-brazed assemblies and offer expertise in design and manufacture along with facilities for leak checking by water immersion and Helium leak detection.

The one-stop solutions partner

Delfield has acquired a strong reputation with over 60 years of supplying machined components and assemblies to a wide range of industries. Today, Delfield is globally recognised as a solution partner for the one-stop-shop manufacturing of complex metallic assemblies. Driven by customer demand the core machining activity has grown to encompass a wider role of providing complete engineering solutions. We are working with customer design departments or alone, realising concepts by bringing together diverse manufacturing techniques sourced both in-house and at approved suppliers.

Projects from Prototype through to production supply are undertaken, all within the framework of our Quality Management System. Delfield began to operate a dip braze facility in early 2017, having acquired a business that was a market leading specialist in aluminium salt bath dip brazing. The former business brought with it a wealth of over 30 years of knowledge and expertise, a wide-reaching customer base within the UK and Europe and a strong reputation for supplying assemblies to a range of industries including Waveguide, Aerospace, Meteorological and Medical.

To accommodate the growing demand for our services, our facilities in Ruislip have added additional space in 2017 and again in 2022.
